We do not offer refunds. Store credit is available for future purchases.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 7 days in unused, clean condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
To ensure your store credit is issued smoothly, we’re unable to accept items showing signs of wear or cosmetic marks, such as makeup, deodorant, or self-tanner. Once your return is received, we’ll promptly issue store credit so you can enjoy your next piece.
Delivery Time Frame
Garments are shipped once they are ready, and delivery takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
